The following General Terms and Conditions have been prepared to regulate the relationship between Hea Valik OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), registration code 11715452, address Maneeži 1, 10117, Tallinn, Estonia and the Client.

General information
- 1.1. In relation to each other, the parties to the agreement are guided by the Law of Obligations and other laws of the Republic of Estonia, as well as other legal acts and the contract for the use of the online store.
- 1.2. The Seller has the right to change the services of the online store at any time.
- 1.3. The Seller has the right to change the contract terms unilaterally without notifying the Client in writing.
Safety
- 2.1. The Seller carefully checks all items brought to us as collateral. The Seller is doing everything possible to minimise the presence of stolen goods in our pawnshops.
- 2.2. When accepting the goods as a deposit, the Seller reserves the right to require a purchase receipt to ensure that the goods belong to the Client.
- 2.3. The Seller uses every opportunity and actively cooperates with the police to prevent any violation of security laws.
Purchasing goods
- 3.1. The products displayed in the online store are in stock, but the availability of products may vary if the product is purchased on the spot.
- 3.2. The Seller reserves the right to suspend, change or replace the list of products sold in the online environment without prior notice and any reason.
- 3.3. If the purchased product is not in stock and the order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller will contact the Customer to warn about the situation and offer several solutions. If the Client chooses a refund and the payment was made online, the Seller will refund the money immediately. The refund may take up to 14 days from the bank`s side. If the Customer chooses to pay on the spot, the Seller will simply cancel the order on their part, and the Customer won’t be required to pay for the cancelled order.
- 3.4. The product photos displayed are of the actual product. Product descriptions in the online store may not be complete.
- 3.5. The Client selects a product and must enter the required personal data to complete the order (name, surname, contact phone number, e-mail address, delivery address, postal code) and choose a convenient payment method. The order can be paid via the Internet bank, on the basis of an invoice or in cash on the spot. To receive an instalment plan, the Client can contact the Seller by e-mail at info@lombard24.ee.
- 3.6. When placing an order, the Client must provide the correct data necessary to complete the order. The Seller is not responsible for failure to complete the order or for any other consequences caused by the introduction of incorrect data by the Client.
- 3.7. The sale occurs when the Client has placed an order and paid for it.
Prices
- 4.1. All prices in the online store are in euros and include VAT.
- 4.2. The Seller has the right to change the price of the goods displayed in the online store at any time. If the price in the online store has changed after the Customer has placed an order and paid for it, the price valid when placing the order is applied. The Client is not entitled to claim compensation for the price difference.
Receiving your order
- 5.1. After placing and paying for the order, the Seller will notify the Client when the order is ready for pickup.
- 5.2. Currently, the Seller doesn’t offer the delivery option, and the purchased goods can only be picked up at our representative offices. The location of the purchased item is indicated in the Shopping Cart.
- 5.3. The Client must pick up their purchased goods within 30 days. The Seller reserves the right to put the goods up for sale if the Client has not come for them.
- 5.4. Receiving the purchased goods is carried out upon presentation of an identity document or based on a purchase letter sent by the Seller to the e-mail address. Third parties can pick up the purchased goods only upon agreement with the Client.
- 5.5. The Client has the right to check the goods on the spot and ensure that the goods correspond to the description and are in working condition.
- 5.6. If a product has a defect, the Customer has the right to:
- Ask to replace the purchased product with a similar one;
- Ask for a refund.
Cancellation of the order and return of goods
- 6.1. If the Customer wishes to withdraw from the purchased product after placing the order, the Customer must inform the Seller in writing as soon as possible. The letter should be sent to info@lombard24.ee. The letter must include the order number and contact details (name, surname, order date, and phone number).
- 6.2. The Customer must notify the Seller within 24 hours if the goods are defective. Later complaints will not be considered.
- 6.3. Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in original packaging, and all accessories included.
- 6.4. The Client can return the product to the Seller’s representative office where it was purchased. The Seller will refund the full amount for the returned goods in cash on the spot.
Disagreements
- 7.1. Disagreements between the Customer and the Seller arising from the contract for the use of the online store are resolved in accordance with the current legal acts of the Republic of Estonia.
- 7.2. The Seller responds to a written complaint from the Client within 5 days.
- 7.3. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the disagreements are settled in the Harju County Court.
